Chef Nicholas Amorates is a product of the restaurant business. Before graduating from the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, Chef Junior and his family built what would become Gloucester County’s sandwich destination in Sewell,NJ. Steakout became the go-to-spot for Italian style Roast Beef, Roast Pork and Chicken Cutlet.

Steakout is credited with serving the Best Cheese steak in Gloucester County. Chef Junior took his talents on the road as a chef for the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. This latest project has Chef Junior transforming Pittsgrove’s Brad’s Red Tavern into Steakout's Home Plate.
